Senior Project Engineer Civils & Structural Alterations Location:Central London, with regular travel to sites across London and the surrounding areas Rate: 350 £400 per day -Permanent candidates are preferred; however, strong contract profiles will also be considered. A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support the delivery of civil engineering and structural alteration projects across Central London. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to an engineer who is comfortable working in live, constrained urban environments and managing engineers on site. The successful candidate will take technical responsibility for civil and structural works, overseeing two engineers and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and support two Site Engineers, providing technical guidance and daily direction
Oversee setting out, engineering control and technical delivery of civil and structural alteration works
Support the Project Manager with planning, sequencing and constructability input
Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements
