As a Senior Ecologist, you will be a valued member of a growing ecology team and assist with delivering master planning inputs, ecological appraisals, species surveys and studies.
Organising and leading on field surveys and monitoring survey progress.
Undertaking analysis and reviewing ecological data for accuracy and quality.
About You Our ideal Senior Ecologist will have:
Degree in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
Demonstrable experience on a range of projects applying ecological survey techniques with knowledge of relevant guidance and standards for a range of species.
Experience of appraising projects for potential ecological constraints to advise on project strategy.
Organisational and communication skills for working with clients and project teams.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in GIS software for habitat mapping.
