Circular Resourcing are recruiting for a Senior Project Development Manager with experience across Utility Scale Solar / Battery Storage for an established Developer in the UK looking to increase their pipeline across various technologies.
They have existing Solar / BESS projects within their pipeline, and a keen eye / interest on developing data center projects, so anybody with exposure to this area is certainly of interest to them.
Central London location with Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
Identify new potential utility-scale projects through various sources including utilizing a data-driven software-based approach to identify land to target. Oversee land acquisition efforts. Involvement in direct landowner negotiations, also managing external land agent partners. Represent the company to external/key stakeholders including local councils and government, officials, consultants, landowners.
