You'll drive best practice in planning, cost management, risk management, and change control, working closely with both the client and contractor teams.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nLead the development and implementation of comprehensive project controls processes for a major programme.\nOversee integrated project schedules, cost reporting, risk and change management systems.\nProduce accurate, insightful reporting to support informed decision-making at senior levels.\nProactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities, advising on corrective actions.\nManage, mentor, and develop a high-performing project controls team.\nWork closely with project leadership, commercial teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and control throughout project lifecycle. \n\nCandidate\n\nProven experience as a Project Controls Manager/Senior Manager on major infrastructure or construction projects.\nExcellent knowledge of all core project controls functions: planning, cost, risk, reporting, and change management.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nCompetence in project controls systems and software (Primavera P6, cost management tools, risk systems etc).\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
