We provide support to the full project lifecycle, both pre-contract and post-contract, delivering infrastructure projects for our clients. These projects range from several hundred thousand pounds to major projects and programmes worth over £200M.

Due to growing client requirements, we are actively expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to support our Defence client portfolio, while further developing their careers on complex and challenging commissions.

Job Description

Important: Due to the sensitive nature of these projects, you must be a SOLE UK National capable of achieving and maintaining UK MoD Security Clearance (SC). Existing SC Clearance is desirable; however, if you believe you are a strong candidate, please apply.

We are looking to speak with project controls professionals, especially in planning. As a Senior Project Controls Engineer, you will:

• Create and maintain project schedules aligned with project requirements.
• Develop schedules in collaboration with the project team and manager.
• Reduce uncertainty, clarify objectives, and improve efficiency.
• Assist project managers in scheduling work and coordinating assignments.
• Evaluate schedule progress and identify potential issues.
• Support change management processes and develop status reports.
• Conduct analysis for alternative actions or recovery plans on slipped schedules.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Project Controls, specializing in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning software.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Working Arrangements

We support hybrid working to help balance work and home life. Currently, expected onsite presence is approximately 60%, depending on client and business needs.

As noted, you must be a UK National eligible for UK MoD Security Clearance (SC). Eligibility may be affected by nationality, place of birth, or residency.
