I am partnered with a leading media company that is looking to add a Senior Program Manager to their talented team. This is a global organisation known for delivering large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple markets.

As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a Senior Program Manager who can confidently operate across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and who brings a genuine passion for driving successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional programs across product, engineering, editorial, and marketing teams
• Drive strategic initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets, balancing speed with quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clarity on scope, risks, and progress
• Foster a culture of delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 7 years+ of experience of hands-on Program Management experience in a technology-driven environment
• Strong track record of successful program delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and risks
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in digital transformation contexts

Key Details:

• Up to £100,000 per annum
• Hybrid / London - 2 days in office
