Senior Program Manager, Japan Transportation

We're seeking a talented Program Manager to join JP Transportation, the core division driving Amazon Japan's transportation network.
In this strategic role, you will conduct iterative simulations in virtual environments using in-house systems to optimize transportation network performance, analyzes and identifies optimal solutions and tactical plans and execution with balancing three critical metrics: operational quality, cost efficiency, and delivery speed.
This role gives you opportunities to improve analytical and project management skills and to have a lot of chances to drive to build the gigantic Amazon’s supply chain network by yourself.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- English: Intermediate (able to attend internal meetings, able to negotiate internally)
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects
- Advanced analytical skills including statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading large teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in global logistics operations and digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, CSCP)
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (Python, R, Advanced SQL) and BI platforms
- Track record of successful P&L management
- Experience in merger integration or large-scale organizational transformation
