WWT EMEA has an opportunity for a seasoned Programme Manager with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, large-scale cloud migration, and complex technology transformation programmes.

The ideal candidate will lead multi‑stream cloud and infrastructure portfolios, manage strategic delivery across cross‑functional teams, and drive the successful migration of applications, data, and platforms to modern cloud environments.

This is a contract Role & Outside IR35

Programme Manager

Contract Duration: 6 months Contract

Location: Remote, United Kingdom (With Occasional travel to London)

Job Description:

Essential Skills:

Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes. Strong hands-on programme oversight across cloud migration, landing zone build-out, network integration, data migration, /security uplift, and operational cutover. Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP in complex enterprise environments. Demonstrable background in delivering multi‑workstream infrastructure transformations (data centre migration, network modernization, EUC/cloud adoption, SaaS enablement). Strong stakeholder engagement with C‑suite, architecture, engineering, and business owners. Excellent command of programme governance, financial control, RAID management, and executive reporting. Experience in Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.

Desirable Skills

Background in telecommunications, media, financial services, public sector, or large‑scale enterprise transformation environments. Certifications: MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, ITIL. Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and enterprise architecture models.

Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
