We have defined a transformation roadmap and are now moving into implementation, with a Program Sponsor appointed to lead delivery of the workstreams. To support this, we are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager on a 6 month fixed term, who will provide the project management discipline, governance, and coordination needed to ensure successful execution.This role goes beyond traditional project management. It requires a dynamic individual who can help drive cultural change, influence at board level, and ensure successful delivery of a complex program that underpins Isio’s ambition to grow and do better. The Program Manager will consolidate reporting, manage dependencies, and act as a key liaison between the Project Leaders and SteerCo.The successful candidate will combine structured project management expertise with strategic leadership skills, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives—ultimately helping Isio achieve its vision for the future.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & GovernanceDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.Execution & DeliveryDrive end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and board-level updates.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and gaining buy‑in.Facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment across the business.Embed cultural and operational improvements through structured change management.Champion continuous improvement and innovation across business processes.Skills & ExperienceProven track record in large‑scale business transformation and change management.Strong project management skills with experience in creating timelines, action plans, and reporting frameworks.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at board level.Experience in regulated environments and implementing governance structures.An understanding of the Pensions Industry is preferred or previous experience within Financial Services.Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies and functions.Demonstrated Commitment to our Core PurposePower in PartnershipWe work in partnership with our clients & each other – building open and trusted relationships.
