Are you an experienced Quality Manager ready to take ownership of a quality department within a growing manufacturing company that supplies state-of-the-art materials to multiple high-growth industries?

Founded over 20 years ago, this company manufactures high-quality nonwoven and engineered textile products for a wide range of industries, including medical, healthcare, filtration, hygiene, construction and industrial applications. They pride themselves on their strong reputation for quality and working closely with global customers to deliver bespoke, high-performance materials.
In this role, you will lead a wider Quality Team and take ownership for ensuring robust systems and processes are in place to assure the quality of our products throughout the production lifecycle. You will work closely with the operations team to lead the drive for improved quality systems and processes, acting as the primary point of contact for all production-related quality matters.
This role would suit a Senior Quality leader from a manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical or medical device background who is looking to join a long-established company with a modern outlook and strong plans for continued growth.
The Role:
Working with the Quality Management team, develop, implement, and continually improve quality systems and processes Ensure all production processes are aligned with customer requirements and industry standards, and standardised across the business Work in partnership with the operations team to drive quality improvements and resolve production quality issues Act as the locus for responding to and addressing quality incidents within production. Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Be the voice of the customer in all production quality matters and ensure customer feedback and complaints are addressed promptly and effectivelyThe Person:
