• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals, translating it into a strategic roadmap that drives value.
• Requirements Gathering and Prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Act as the bridge between business units, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Development and Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.
• User Experience and Customer Feedback: Champion the voice of the user by gathering feedback, analysing behaviour, and using insights to inform improvements and enhance the guest journey.
• Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the Cruise Operating System competitive and aligned with market and customer expectations.
