About the job Senior Product Marketing Manager

A fast-moving Fintech/Crypto scale-up is seeking to bring in an experienced Senior Marketing Product Manager, focussing across the B2B & B2C finance space.

This is a great role to bring your experience across marketing into a highly exciting and dynamic Tech business within the expanding the developing Crypto & Blockchain sectors.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a key role to help create and execute the product marketing strategy across the product communications channels.

You’ll be instrumental in building & implementing the go to market strategy, as well as developing messaging, content and the overall marketing toolkits. Developing the product personas that will engage the customers and working closely with the inhouse teams across product, data and sales.

• Ensuring the business has a clearly defined customer orientated value proposition
• Building on customer insight and marketing intelligence for key marketing touchpoints at each stage of the buyer journey
• Developing tools, collateral and training programmes to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition

The Candidate

This highly important role coming in at a key point of growth and working within a great Marketing team to really drive success and impact.

The right candidate will have a proven Marketing background, having worked in Fintech, Crypto / Blockchain or Payment businesses previously.

• Around 5-7 years experience in marketing with previous experience working closely with product & product teams.
• You will bring a broad skill set from marketing experience which should include value proposition development, messaging, being the voice of the customer, go to market planning and campaign execution
• You will have the ability to demonstrate results and successes you’ve achieved
• You are able to take a complex technology and turn it into simple, compelling messaging
• You have the ability to work with on joint marketing efforts
