The team embeds market knowledge and customer segmentation within product teams to build what customers need and bring those products to market.What you will doKnow our customer segments, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in great detailHelp your product team prioritise initiatives by bringing a market, competitive, and customer perspective to these discussionsCreate product value propositions that address the pain points and needs of our buyersOwn the go‑to‑market process for your product category and create the vision and strategy for each product and feature your product teams createPartner with the Marketing and Revenue teams to create your go‑to‑market plan and the resulting product launch materials and sales collateralWork with BI/Product Analytics teams to implement a measurement and tracking framework to manage performance/adoption of your product’s launchesWork with the Director of Product Marketing to articulate Dojo’s overall product value proposition for key customer and buyer segmentsWhat you will bring2+ years experience with product marketing specifically of data products across product‑led and sales‑led motionsExperience managing large‑scale product launches and go‑to‑market campaigns across marketing and sales channelsWorked in and thrive in fast‑growth companiesEnjoy being at the intersection of strategy and execution, knowing your vision is only as good as the results you deliverClear commercial acumen; able to balance revenue optimisation, cost reduction, and pricing, promotion, positioning, and placement levers to achieve goalsWillingness to roll up sleeves and get things done at pace, leveraging strong prioritisation and organisational skillsStrong collaboration and communication skills, articulating complex ideas effectivelyBias for action where no task is too big or too smallCompany valuesYou’re curious.
