Product Manager | Cardiff | Hybrid | Education | £55,000 We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join a mission-led organisation that's reshaping the education space through smarter, human-centred tech. You'll sit within a digitally mature Product team that owns the full product life cycle - from idea to implementation - and plays a key role in shaping the future of global education experiences. Why it's exciting: You'll own a medium-sized product portfolio or a single high-complexity product, tied directly to strategic outcomes.
Full autonomy across product strategy, customer feedback loops, feature roadmaps and go-to-market alignment.
Lots of cross-functional collaboration: UX, engineering, education teams, and exec stakeholders.
What you'll be doing: Define and evolve product strategy based on market, customer, and tech insights
Own and maintain roadmap, feature prioritisation and delivery alignment (Agile/Scrum)
Translate user and business needs into clear user stories
Lead agile ceremonies and support teams across sprints
Act as the voice of the customer using data, user testing, and feedback loops
