Senior Product Manager – Partner Growth & Enablement

London (Hybrid, 1–2 days per week)

£85,000 – £100,000 + 15% bonus + benefits

The Role

A fast-growing consumer tech business with a large, distributed network of independent sales representatives across the UK is looking for a Senior PM to help reimagine how that network is found, activated, and set up for success.


The opportunity is significant, a largely untapped potential to modernise an established model, and this role sits right at the heart of that transformation. You'll be working across a mobile app, web portal, learning platform, and an emerging LLM-powered chat agent, with the freedom to experiment fast and scale what works.


What you will be doing:

  • Developing strategies to attract new representatives through modern and emerging channels, including social platforms, gig economy crossover, and beyond
  • Designing onboarding journeys that prevent drop-off and drive early activation and habit formation
  • Building nudge mechanics, micro-rewards, and engagement loops through digital products to keep representatives motivated and productive
  • Running lean experiments, starting scrappy, validating quickly, and scaling winners across the network
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and directly engaging with representatives across the UK to understand what makes them tick


What we are looking for:

  • A Senior PM with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who gets excited by a blank canvas and knows how to make progress without a perfect brief
  • Experience in marketplace, platform, proposition-led environments, or disruptive models where you've had to flip a traditional model on its head
  • Comfortable starting small, experimenting and scaling fast once something is proven
  • Experience with behavioural design, digital nudges, or engagement mechanics in a B2C or network-driven context
  • Hands-on operator, you'll be expected to come in and get stuff done


Sector experience is a nice-to-have, not a must-have. This role needs a creative, entrepreneurial PM who can bring fresh thinking to an established model.
