Senior Product Manager - Manchester - 2 Days a Week on Site
We're looking for experienced Senior Product Managers to join a growing digital consultancy team. In this role, you'll turn client goals into actionable outcomes, crafting product visions, road-maps, user stories, and managing prioritised backlogs.
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be a confident leader and agile expert, with a strong focus on user-centred design. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and help shape both client outcomes and internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide teams by clarifying client needs and broader context.
- Lead and protect delivery teams from distractions.
- Engage stakeholders to define product vision, road-map, and backlog.
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including subject matter experts.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on high-profile client projects.
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Evidence-based decision-making with a user-first mindset.
- Ability to build consensus and make confident decisions.
- Skilled in agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in coaching others and building product capability.
