This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping, managing, and enhancing our fund ranges across Europe. You’ll work with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders to ensure our products remain fit for purpose, meet customer needs, and align with our commercial and regulatory commitments.If you’re motivated by meaningful impact, collaborative working, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doing:Managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across European fund ranges, ensuring products remain relevant and compliantCoordinating product changes, launches and closures, using strong project management skills to drive deliveryEnsuring product governance standards are followed and maintaining high levels of regulatory and policy complianceConducting regular product reviews and identifying opportunities for improvements, enhancements or rationalisationProviding product technical support on matters such as regulation, tax, operational requirements and disclosuresEngaging operational teams and external service providers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of product changesReviewing customer, competitor and industry insights to inform strategic product developmentsBuilding strong working relationships across internal teams, boards and external partners to support product goalsWho we’re looking for:Experience in product lifecycle management within asset management, including launching or amending pooled fund structuresStrong understanding of international fund regulation and pooled product vehicles, including UCITS and non‑UCITSKnowledge of investment strategies across asset classes and the wider asset management landscapeAbility to influence, collaborate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholdersStrong project management capability with the ability to identify risks and drive deliveryHigh attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceConfidence presenting to committees, boards and senior stakeholders when requiredDegree‑level education or equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IMC, CFA, CAIA) desirableWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
