You will shape the roadmap, drive process improvements, and act as the key link between finance, operations, and technology teams across multiple regions.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the ERP product roadmap and prioritise enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.Partner closely with Finance and other cross‑functional stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation and optimisation across workflows.Drive the global rollout of the ERP platform into new regions.Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Maconomy, including configuration, administration, and integrations.Oversee system performance, vendor relationships, and technical escalations.Provide second‑line support, ensuring platform stability, compliance, and best‑practice documentation.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Strong commercial experience working with Maconomy in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst capacity.Hands‑on expertise in Maconomy configuration and administration, including WSC and layouts.Experience supporting ERP implementations or regional rollouts.A strong understanding of finance back‑office processes.Proven ability to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and product delivery.The confidence to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
