Senior Product Manager AI Assistant – Emerging Technology.
Location: London or Prague
Our Emerging Technology team is dedicated to building the next generation of innovative products and services. We explore cutting-edge technologies to create meaningful, user-centric products and services at Gen.
Mission & Goal
We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Consumer B2C Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Gen’s next-generation AI Assistant that will transform how users interact with our products.
This role is focused on building AI-powered experiences for consumers — not internal tools or enterprise workflows. We're looking for someone with deep B2C product experience who has worked closely with user experience design teams to create intuitive, personalized interactions using conversational AI at scale, and who has successfully operated in a matrixed organization.
In this role, you will define and drive the product roadmap for the AI Assistant, focusing on delivering intelligent, personalized, and seamless user experiences. You will work across multiple brands and platforms to ensure the Assistant becomes a consistent and trusted interface for users.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI/ML, design, and customer experience to bring this vision to life—ensuring the Assistant is intuitive, helpful, and aligned with user needs

Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers the flexibility you need to focus and do your best work. London office is near Waterloo.
Objectives:
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the AI Assistant.
- Lead the development of intelligent and personalized user experience
- Drive cross-functional execution across multiple product lines and platforms.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to define architecture, data access, and integration strategies.
- Champion user-centric design and ensure the Assistant builds trust through transparency and reliability.
- Define and track KPIs such as user engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and user expectations to continuously evolve the Assistant’s capabilities
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, personalization, and user experience design.
- Experience shaping product strategy in emerging technology domains, ideally involving AI or machine learning
- Data driven and strong foundation in product management principles and best practices
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
- Proven track record of launching complex, cross-platform products at scale.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and brands
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
