Senior Product Manager (6 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT) X2 days per week on-site in London City Centre £35,000 for 6 months (£70K PRO RATA) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of an established product portfolio, managing the roadmap and product support function. This role is responsible for driving product planning and execution across the full lifecycle - from understanding user needs and defining requirements through to delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimisation. You will work closely with technology teams, external partners, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products that meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring delivery is aligned to timelines, budget, and quality Gather and prioritise requirements based on user, customer, and market needs Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered effectively Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and launch new features and enhancements Drive product adoption and usage, working closely with marketing and customer support teams Take full accountability for product performance, including user experience, adoption, and value delivery Use data and insights to inform product decisions, working with analytics and BI teams Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement Build and maintain strong understanding of the competitive market and provide insights to stakeholders Support delivery planning and cross-functional alignment across teams Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and partners where required Line manage and support members of the Product Support team

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager across the full product lifecycle Strong experience gathering and translating requirements into clear deliverables for technical teams Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and budgets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making Experience working cross-functionally with technology, marketing, and business teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Previous experience in line management or team leadership

Desirable Experience

Experience delivering products within Higher Education or corporate sectors Familiarity with digital platforms, external development partners, and third-party integrations Experience with analytics, reporting, or BI tools
