Senior Product Designer Consumer Fintech Scale-up | Up to £90,000 + Benefits | Hybrid London

In Product is partnered with a fast-growing consumer fintech with established products live across multiple European markets. Over the past few years, the business has successfully launched and scaled several customer-facing product lines and is now entering its next phase of growth.

As the company continues to expand its product portfolio and customer base, they are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work closely with the VP of Design on high-impact initiatives that cut across multiple areas of the business.

This is a horizontal senior design role, ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex, high-value problems that sit across teams and product areas.

You’ll lead design work on:

• New product and feature launches (including 0–1 initiatives)
• Cross-product improvements that drive customer and business outcomes
• Strategic projects that support scale, consistency and quality (including contributions to the design system)

You’ll work end-to-end - from discovery through to delivery - partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial stakeholders, while supporting a wider Product Design team focused on the core product experience.

You’ll be a great fit if you…

• Have experience working in consumer fintech or similarly complex, regulated consumer products
• Enjoy leading high-impact projects across multiple teams, rather than owning a single product area
• Are comfortable balancing pace with quality, making pragmatic design decisions informed by data, research and business context
• Can simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive customer experiences
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and are confident influencing without formal authority

In this role, you will…

• Lead design on strategic, business-critical initiatives with real ownership and visibility
• Partner with the VP od Design on prioritisation, approach and design direction
• Take responsibility for shaping solutions end-to-end, from early problem framing through to launch and iteration
• Contribute to the evolution of design standards, patterns and ways of working as the team scales
