THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of product development, focused on launching and optimising new propositions. In this role you will:

Lead analytical deep-dives across product performance, user journeys, and customer behaviour Design and analyse A/B tests to validate new product ideas and optimise user experience Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, strategy, engineering and marketing Inform decision-making for new features, draw mechanics, and growth initiatives Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools for stakeholders Support customer segmentation, LTV modelling, and churn analysis
