This role is a hybrid position based in Osterley, West London. You will be expected to be onsite 3 days per week. Insight Global are looking for Senior Procurement Manager to join one of their premium clients in the Media and Broadcasting space. It will be your responsibility to establish and drive the strategic direction for all outsourced contact centre providers across the UK and Ireland region. The role will involve cross-functional partnerships across Europe, leveraging the client's global scale to drive optimal commercials, supplier partnerships, innovation, and establish deals that meet the long-term business strategy.
