Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across contingent workforce, staffing, RPO, SOW, and VMS/ATS categories Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on market trends, rate benchmarks, supplier strategies, and regulatory considerations (e.g., IR35, co-employment models) Drive commercial and operational excellence in MSP and VMS engagements Analyze complex datasets to identify cost optimization and supplier performance improvement opportunities Run competitive tenders, evaluate proposals, and negotiate commercial and contractual terms Structure and draft contracts aligned to client requirements Manage strategic supplier relationships and cross-functional stakeholder groups Contribute to category strategy and workforce optimization initiatives Provide guidance and oversight to junior sourcing professionals

Profile

University degree or equivalent qualification 8+ years of experience in contingent workforce procurement, MSP/RPO environments, or in-house category management Strong knowledge of UK and European staffing markets, commercial models, and compliance frameworks (including IR35) Hands-on experience with leading VMS and ATS platforms Proven ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives and negotiate high-value agreements Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in dynamic, multi-client environments
