Your expertise will be invaluable in applying business property and agricultural property reliefs and calculating inheritance tax. You will also handle estate administrations for national charities and prepare wills and LPAs for elderly clients.ResponsibilitiesAdminister complex taxable testate and intestate estatesCalculate inheritance tax for estate administrationsManage estate administrations on behalf of national charitiesPrepare wills and lasting powers of attorney for elderly clientsSupervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegalsRequirementsSTEP membership or ATT/CTA qualificationHigh level of technical expertise in probate and estate administrationThorough knowledge of lasting powers of attorneyExcellent client care and communication skillsStrong teamwork and leadership abilitiesProactive and organised approach to workKeen attention to detail and ability to make quick decisionsHow to ApplyIf you are a qualified probate solicitor with the skills and experience to excel in this role, we'd love to hear from you.
