Housing Associations manage millions of homes across the UK and are investing heavily in technology, systems, and data, creating consistent demand for high quality recruitment support.

Because we specialise in one market, our consultants offer real expertise, long-term client relationships, and highvalue roles, rather than trying to recruit everything for everyone.

We’re hiring for two experienced recruitment consultants at a Senior or Principal level

• One to build out a permanent desk
• One to grow a contract offering

You’ll work directly with the founders in a small, high-performing team. This is a grown-up environment where people are trusted to perform.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and owning your own specialist desk
• Developing long-term, high-trust client relationships
• Winning and delivering on high-quality roles within a defined market
• Contributing to the growth of a business that’s already one of the leading suppliers in its niche

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience as a 360-recruitment consultant
• A track record of billing and building relationships
• Confidence in developing business and growing a desk
• A professional, personable, relationship-led approach
• Someone who backs themselves and wants more ownership
