Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – SAP

London (5 days in office)

High base + uncapped commission

This is one of those roles where you’re not building from zero — you’re stepping into something that already works, and scaling it properly.

The business:

• ~30 heads across Tech, Finance & Legal
• Strong reputation and embedded client base
• Previously had a 5-person SAP team that performed well
• Now looking to rebuild and go again — properly

• 100+ existing clients using SAP (this is not theoretical BD)
• Warm database of SAP candidates already built
• Proven demand across their client base
• Leadership that understands the market and will back it

This is a genuine “build a desk / build a team” opportunity — without the usual cold-start pain.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the SAP vertical and rebuild it into a high-performing desk.

• Re-engage existing SAP clients
• Leverage a warm candidate network
• Win new business where needed (but you’re not starting from scratch)
• Bill well, then scale — with the option to hire beneath you

This can suit:

• A Senior Consultant wanting to step up
• A Principal / Lead who wants more ownership and upside

What they’re looking for

• Proven billing history in SAP recruitment
• Contract or perm (both can work)
• Someone commercial — not just delivery
• Wants to build something, not just sit on a desk
