Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with a background in Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support.
Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
Willingness to travel and meet clients as part of the role.
Leadership potential and a professional, EQ-driven approach to work.
Based in London or able to operate effectively in a hybrid environment (central London location, hybrid WFH).
