We are seeking an experiencedSenior Pre-Construction Managerto lead the progression of newbuildschemes from concept through design to site start. This pivotal role involves managing the full pre-construction process, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.

You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, drive value engineering, and secure planning approvals whererequired. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, supporting bid submissions, negotiating strategic packages, and delivering robust pre-construction programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin pre-construction management, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
