They’re now looking for a hands-on Pre-Contracts Manager with strong D&B fit out experience to lead and mentor a team, while remaining actively involved in projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading client briefings alongside project directors and designers

Reviewing tender documents and setting key design milestones

Managing budgets throughout the tender process

Producing cost plans, pre-construction programmes and tender submissions

Collaborating closely with M&E teams and project managers

Chairing cost reviews and presenting risks/opportunities to clients

Supporting smooth handovers to the delivery team

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in D&B fit out pre-construction

Strong costing knowledge on £2m–£15m projects

Confident, approachable and detail-driven

Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach

Solid understanding of H&S standards
