Salary: £25,541 to £27,200 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent
Additional Requirements: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.
Successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Security Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll ensure service users receive compassionate, person-centred support while guiding and mentoring staff to grow in their roles. What will a day in the life of a Senior Practitioner involve? Coordinating referrals and liaising with hospitals, GP surgeries, and community teams.
