The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced freelance Senior Planner to join a leading contractor based from their head office in Leeds to play a crucial role as part of the commercial team, leading and overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across key sectors-including education, healthcare, MoD, MoJ, and leisure with build values exceeding £30m. In this role, you will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced Asta or Primavera P6. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with project objectives, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
A comprehensive background with over five years collaborating with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractors A strong track record in executing projects across multiple sectors such as, education, healthcare, and both MoD and MoJ environments A proven history of working in a similar position on new build / refurbishment projects with build values in excess of £5mKey Skills:
