Senior Town Planner\n\nLondonSalary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience\n\nPenguin Recruitment is pleased to be working alongside this UK leading planning and devleopment consultancy in their search for a Senior Town Planner. The company have a network of offices across the UK and their specialist planning teams deliver a variety of planning services for a range of development types including residential, commercial, rural, leisure and renewables.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\n\nFor this role suitable candidates will have a degree in a planning related discipline and ideally a further MSc (or equivalent), be a Chartered Member of RTPI and will have extensive post qualification town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.\n\nDuties:\n\nPreparing planning applications and appeals including site appraisals and planning strategies for a variety of residential and rural developments\nAdvising clients on the promotion of development schemes through Local Plans\nAssessing cases for development projects\nManaging projects\nMentoring junior members of the teamBenefits:\n\nJoining a leading consultancy with excellent career progression opportunities\nHybrid working \nCompetitive starting salary\nFull benefits packageInterested?
