An iconic London venue is seeking the talents of an experienced Pizza Chef to join its exciting new opening at the end of April.

Youll be part of a small, skilled team of three pizza chefs (including one senior) and you will be creating sourdough pizzas. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a high-profile, fast-paced operation serving up to 200250 pizzas per day.

Initial 6-month contract this may be extended
Currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays (this may change)
Service hours typically 12:00pm 7.30pm/9:00pm
Contracted to 38 hours per week (with expected working hours of 4550)
Senior Pizza Chef rate: £18.16 per hour
The Role
Prepare and cook high-quality sourdough pizzas using premium ingredients
Hand-stretch dough and work with pre-prepared sourdough pizza balls
Operate a traditional wood-burning oven
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork
About You
Proven experience as a pizza chef in a high-volume environment
Strong skills in hand-stretching dough and working with wood-fired ovens
Passion for quality produce and sourdough techniques
Ability to thrive in a busy team setting
