As a Senior Performance Analyst, youll be a key driver of operational excellence -turning complex data into actionable insights that improve service, efficiency, and compliance across the business. Reporting to the Performance Analytics Manager, youll take the lead on high-impact analysis projects, coach others in best-practice performance reporting, and help build a centre of excellence for operational analytics. Youll partner with stakeholders at every level, from front-line teams to senior leadership, ensuring that performance data is trusted, accessible, and used to make smart, timely decisions.
