As Senior People Partnerm you'll partner with senior leaders and lead strategic initiatives to drive change & value-add solutions across the HR function.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide expert HR support to the business, managers, and employees
Deliver generalist HR role projects to elevate the employee experience
Drive workforce planning initiatives
Coach leaders to build high performing teams
Act as a catalyst for meaningful organisational change.
Use insight, data, and innovation to continuously improve the people and culture agenda while modelling the leadership behaviours of Safran Together, guiding teams with clarity and purpose.What you'll bring:

CIPD Level 7 or equivalent education with significant people partnering experience in a complex organisation
Demonstrable experience of driving change & value-add solutions in a HR generalist role
Able to develop, build and maintain credible and effective working relationships at all levels & challenge where appropriate
Excellent communicator, able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives
Results focused, coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and ambiguity
Commercial awareness and its impact on the environment in which the business operates, to anticipate the impact on the workforce.
Excellent written and digital skills, including HRM systems, and analytical ability
