We're delighted to be working exclusively with a growing plant hire organisation supporting clients across the UK. This is a brand-new role and a chance to make your mark, influence how we grow, and help us build capability as we integrate a new team into our Plant operation and further develop our regional structure. There are 4 Regional Depots; Birmingham, Doncaster, Carlisle and Salsburgh. The role will require an element of travel to each to support the teams but be predominantly based from Doncaster/Beckingham. Location Ideally Beckingham/Doncaster with travel required Working Hours 24 per week and super flexible as to what works for you Benefits

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to Regional Managers and leaders, ensuring people feel supported, valued and set up for success. You’ll focus on:

Building capability and confidence in senior and team leaders through coaching, mentoring and practical support Supporting the development of a consistent leadership approach across depots Providing calm, grounded guidance through ER cases Ensure that our people initiatives are well designed, understood and deliver maximum potential return. Supporting local engagement and recruitment activity Helping us become an employer of choice in the community Playing a key role in integrating the Geotechnical team into the wider company Supporting change in a positive, people‑centred way. Helping us embed new structures and ways of working smoothly Developing and reporting on people metrics to highlight any trends or issues and providing recommendations.
