Base pay range

Senior People Partner - Technology - London

Salary: £100k-£120k basic (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits

Location: London, hybrid working (3 days in).

The Need

You’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing leaders to shape a high-performing, engaged team—offering both strategic guidance and practical support across areas like org design, performance, talent, and reward.

You’ve thrived as a Senior People Partner in high-growth, often ambiguous environments—and you know how to support fast-moving Sales & Marketing teams with empathy and impact.
Work closely with business leaders to design and optimise organisational structures that support strategic growth, resource efficiency, and scalable operations.
Provided coaching to managers and senior leadership to help build overall leadership capability, including emotional intelligence and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organisation
Superior knowledge of people policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining people projects and programs
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
Able to learn from peers and previous experience, think outside of the box, and knows that there could be more than one solution to a problem
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership coaching skills
