Reporting in to the Head of HR and managing one HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the effective running of a number of sites across Derbyshire as well as some sites in London and Cornwall. You will act as the escalation point for more complex ER cases in this high volume of caseowork style environment Collaborate with senior leaders to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to align with future business needs. Deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all HR-related matters.Profile
