Acting as a senior point of contact within the UK People Advisory team, you will deliver high-quality HR support while helping to maintain operational continuity. This is a business-facing, hands-on role that offers real scope to make a positive impact within a respected, international organisation.

In this varied and rewarding role, your responsibilities will include:

Advising managers on employment policies and HR procedures across multiple UK locations, drawing on your strong knowledge of regional labour law. Supporting and guiding on global HR processes such as performance development planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and annual reviews, acting as a regional champion where required.
