We are seeking a talented individual to join our Impact team at Marsh (Mercer) . This role will ideally be based in London, although consideration will be given to candidates based in Manchester or Birmingham. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Pensions Communication Consultant

You will join a highly creative employee communications agency within Mercer known as Impact. https://weareimpact.marsh.com/

This role will focus on crafting and executing impactful communications for a broad range of trustee and corporate clients, covering all aspects of member engagement including guiding members through complex pension change exercises.

This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team that's been named a 'big bet' for the UK organisation.

As a Senior Consultant in the Impact team, you will lead the delivery of complex and high-impact communication projects across a broad range of sectors, with the opportunity to move beyond pension communications to deliver wider reward, benefits, and organisational change initiatives.

You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, developing and executing strategic communication plans that drive engagement and member outcomes. You will work closely with the Head of Member Experience to help drive forward the business in this area.

This role requires strong project leadership, business development acumen, and collaboration across Mercer's Lines of Business (LOBs) and Marsh. You will also contribute to the growth and development of junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring.

Pensions experience is essential, with experience in a similar role highly desirable.
