They are looking for the right candidate to support the effective, accurate and timely operation of the weekly and monthly payroll within their business and to provide accurate monthly reports to the company Directors. The Role
* Operation of an accurate weekly & monthly payroll.
* Maintain T&A data, changes and amendments to system, ensuring accuracy always.
* Administration of group personal pension scheme/auto enrolment.
* Make payments and reconcile all documentation to the online pension provider.
* Maintaining and producing end of year P11d’s for staff benefit in kind.
* Generate P60’s.
* Maintenance of PAYE settlement agreements and HMRC exemptions.
* Producing monthly reports.
* Complete business reporting from Payroll Information.
* Advise HR Team and the wider business on HMRC rules and regulations. Including the administration of Expatriated employees.
* Liaise with the finance departments around the Group to find the most efficient methods of providing required employment cost information.
* Develop and deliver training programmes for T&A users and payroll processes.
