Senior Partner Acquisition Manager
The Senior Partner Acquisition Manager will develop the Dassault Systèmes (3DS) Partner ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and recruiting new partners to maximise coverage across key industry trends. As the Senior Partner Acquisition Manager you will oversee the Northern Europe capacity, focus on onboarding, development, and enablement; implement capacity activities for acquiring new partners in selected industries; define mid- and long-term new Partner Development Plans to achieve transformation, and plan capacity and enablement according to partner resources and industry specialisation.
Role Description and Responsibilities
Use market data analysis to identify opportunities for new partnerships, focusing on competitor market knowledge
Identify and engage new potential partner companies whilst securing buy-in from C-level for decision making meetings
Drive joint initiative with new partner to generate new pipelines and sustainable business
Align 3DS long term strategy to build a strong ecosystem
Business Partner Planning: Define Partner Onboarding Plans (Capacity & Capability) to secure business plan achievements; negotiate terms of partnership agreements, ensuring that both parties meet their obligations and benefit from the relationship
Recruitment Process; Drive the Partner recruitment process until the signature of partnership contracts; monitor progress along the Partner Acquisition stages; launch new Partner Onboarding with Region & Partner Leadership, ensuring efficient handover to the Partner Sales Manager
Ecosystem Transformation & Relationship Management: Be instrumental in the transformation of the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem (SaaS, 3DEXPERIENCE platform) based on Ideal Partner Profiles and advanced knowledge of What To Sell; build joint strategies with future partners for a successful and sustainable partnership
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business-related field
Extensive experience of Partner Acquisition or Strategic Partnerships and aligning joint business initiatives
Previous experience of digitalization in Defense, Nuclear, Energy, Renewables, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Semi-Conductor, Data Centre industries is preferred
Proven experience of C level engagement accompanied by a successful track record of sourcing and closing high-impact partnerships
Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills able to work as part of a team and independently
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and articulate partnership value
