The role of this paraplanner (Technical Associate) will be working with two Senior Advisers ensuring our private clients receive the highest level of service. It is an ideal position for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of giving financial advice and has proven experience working with these types of clients. You must have an appetite to attend and contribute to client meetings, and possess a deep understanding of financial products and putting together complex advice recommendations.Key Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for private clients, building strong and trusted relationshipsPreparation of content for review meetingsRespond confidently to client queries and provide ongoing servicing supportUndertaking research to support client recommendationsIncluding top level analysis for Private ClientsAnalysis of funds and suitability of rebalancing portfoliosCharge comparison analysisAbility to complete financial calculations e.g. tax calculations, projections, carry forward calculations, life time allowance calculations and Inheritance tax calculationsPreparation of pension, income drawdown and investment reviewsPreparation of advice lettersPreparation of cash flow models including Voyant modellingProvision of technical support to complex client queriesDealing effectively with queries from clients and other partiesProject plan upcoming maturity of products - EIS/VCT/BondsSupporting the development of a specific service standard for our Private ClientsCollaboration & Support Work closely with two Senior Financial PlannersHelp deliver first class service to the client portfolioContribute to process improvements and best practice within the teamDesirable Skills High attention to detailSet high personal standards to encourage an ethos of diligence and a strong work ethic within the teamExperience in writing complex and detailed reports for casesArticulate and able to produce detailed and accurate workAbility to multi-task and prioritise effectivelyIT skills including preferable knowledge of cash flow modelsHigh level of technical knowledgeUsed to dealing with high-net-worth clientsQualifications Must have Level 4 CII diploma financial planningWilling to achieve Chartered status You may have experience of the following: Senior Paraplanner, Technical Paraplanner, Technical Associate (Financial Planning), Senior Technical Associate, Senior Financial Planning Associate, Wealth Planning Paraplanner, Private Client Paraplanner, Chartered Paraplanner, HNW/UHNW Paraplanner, Senior Wealth Planning Analyst, Financial Planning Technician, Investment & Pensions Paraplanner, Senior Client Support Paraplanner, or Senior Financial Planning Specialist.REF-228 103JBRP1_UKTJ
