This role involves technical research, report writing, and contributing to positive client outcomes, with a focus on more complex cases.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planningPrepare suitability reports and client documentation to a high standardProduce cashflow modelling and financial calculationsSupport Financial Planners in developing suitable client recommendationsEnsure all work is compliant, clear, and client-focusedIdentify additional planning opportunities where appropriateTeam & DevelopmentProvide guidance and support to junior team membersShare knowledge and contribute to a collaborative team environmentMaintain and develop technical knowledge through ongoing learningSupport improvements to processes and report templatesSkills & ExperienceProven paraplanning experience within financial planning/wealth managementStrong knowledge of financial planning products and advice areasLevel 4 Diploma (or equivalent) requiredProgression towards Chartered status desirableStrong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skillsExperience with cashflow modelling and back-office systems preferredAdditional InformationNo direct line management, but mentoring of junior staff expectedOpportunity to work on complex cases and develop technical expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
