Overview We have an excellent new opportunity to join our Performance Marketing team as a Senior Paid Media Executive. You will develop and run marketing campaigns across a wide range of media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok, supporting implementation and ongoing management of digital marketing strategies. Day to Day
Support media planners with keyword research, insights and search trends. Build paid search campaigns to agreed strategy. Make informed campaign recommendations based on platform knowledge, research and previous campaign data. Lead conversations with clients, presenting performance, observations and recommendations. Manage the client marketing budget for maximum effectiveness by defining optimisation approaches. Maximise campaign effectiveness through optimisation. Keep up to date with latest trends and technologies in search engine marketing. Provide platform insights to client account and planning teams to inform briefs. Keep account teams informed with current paid search developments, cultivating a learning environment. Have a point of view on creative assets and customer journey flow, always looking for improvements.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Proven experience in a Paid Media / Paid Search Executive role within an agency or fast‑paced environment with both B2C and B2B experience. Extensive knowledge of Google Search and major paid social platforms, especially LinkedIn and Meta, with proven ability to improve campaign performance. Ideally Google Ads Search Certified. Strong core paid search and paid social competencies, including Ads Editor, Search Term Reports, Keyword Planner and forecasts. Good understanding of best practices around keywords, ad copy, extensions and bid strategies. Understanding of the whole user journey with ability to recommend improvements. Ability to analyse and interpret data sets, detect optimisation opportunities and apply them. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Good time‑management skills with ability to prioritise workload. Great presentation skills, with experience presenting performance, findings and recommendations to multiple stakeholders. Genuine passion for Digital Performance Marketing and desire to grow in your career.
