Armstrong Knight are excited to be working with a forward thinking, modern and developing Digital Agency who are currently looking for passionate, hardworking and ambitious individuals to join their friendly team!My client are one of the fastest growing digital agencies, so not only would you be joining a developing company but they also offer various learning opportunities, early finish Fridays and flexible working just to name a few!As a Senior Paid Media Account Manager your role will encompass a full approach to campaign strategies for your assigned clients.What would this role involve?Managing budgets in excess of £100KInitiate and develop large scale projects that can generate huge impact on growthResponsible for managing KPI’s associated with our client’s campaigns and identifying any tasks needed to achieve theseKeyword research, bid optimisation, budget checks, analytics and reporting and troubleshootingClient liaison for daily enquiriesReport to client based on campaign performance, cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesPerform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunitiesMonitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goalsMonitor and evaluate results and performance across the major channelsCommunication to team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsWork closely with the other team members to meet client goalsWork across other departments to identify cross channel strategiesAssist in new business to increase department revenueRegularly optimise the accounts to achieve the client’s goalsWhat Skills do I need for this role?Good experience within a Paid Media role, preferably agency sideAn extensive knowledge in Paid MediaWorked on budgets over £100KAbility to explain the relationship between effort and results to clientsExpert in analytics, attribution knowledge and highly proficient in tracking including use of GTMExperience of building and maintain client relationshipUnderstanding of interplay between SEO, PPC & SocialGoogle Ads & Bing certifiedA proven track record of delivering resultsExperience of bid management platforms is a plus e.g. DoubleClick for SearchExperience in programmatic displayExperience working with Amazon, eBay and Gumtree adsComfortable working with large sets of dataKnowledge of using scripts within GoogleWhat Personal Skills should I hold?Ability to work independently and towards your own objectivesAction orientated, self-motivated, can work on their own initiativePassion about the industry and always up to date with the trends, news and technologyExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to communicate a specialist subject clearly to clients at all levelsAbility to learn quicklyHave complete ownership and accountability of your own work #J-18808-Ljbffr
