Job Description
A leading global architecture firm is seeking an exceptional Senior PA to provide high-level administrative support to the Global Head of HR. This role requires initiative, flexibility, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
\n\nSalary: £40,000 plus discretionary bonus and excellent company benefits. Please note this role requires five days per week on-site.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n- \n\t
- Manage complex diaries and scheduling, adjusting to changing priorities \n\t
- Act as a key point of contact, handling communications and gatekeeping as needed \n\t
- Coordinate UK and international travel, including logistics and documentation \n\t
- Manage correspondence (emails, calls, documents), including drafting responses \n\t
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas and follow-up actions \n\t
- Organise meetings, including logistics, materials and room setup \n\t
- Provide general administrative support (expenses, filing, document preparation) \n\t
- Conduct research and support projects as required \n\t
- Build effective working relationships across teams and departments \n\t
- Maintain high standards of organisation, confidentiality, and professionalism \n\t
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed \n
Skills & Experience

- Proven experience supporting senior executives \n\t
- Strong diary and travel management skills \n\t
- High level of discretion and confidentiality \n\t
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities \n\t
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) \n\t
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure \n\t
