A well-established fashion supplier, trusted by some of the UK's most trend-forward retailers, is looking for a talented and passionate Outerwear Designer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who truly lives and breathes outerwear someone who brings both creative flair and technical precision to everything they do. You'll play a central role in the design process from concept to delivery, working closely with buyers, account managers, and factories to bring compelling collections to life.Hybrid working 3/2 is also offered in this role Main Responsibilities will include: Design & Development - Create innovative concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical specifications that translate trend into commercial product CAD & Technical - Produce accurate, polished CADs and tech packs with strong attention to detail Trend Research - Stay ahead of the market, identifying key outerwear trends and translating them into relevant, sellable designs Buyer Relationships - Lead design meetings with retail buyers, presenting with confidence and building strong, lasting partnerships Fabric & Trim Sourcing - Identify and source new materials that elevate product quality and innovation Factory Liaison - Collaborate regularly with factories i...
