This is a brand-new role - a rare opportunity to shape how we deliver performance, innovation, and results at scale.\n\nYou'll be the go-to person for unlocking potential across service, quality, and cost, and for building a supply chain that can flex, grow, and adapt with our ambitious plans.\n\nThis role can be based in Leeds, Bristol or Ipswich.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nDesign and deliver a roadmap for network optimisation and future growth.\nLead initiatives that enhance speed, cost-efficiency, and service quality across the end-to-end supply chain.\nPartner with Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Operations to identify and deliver performance improvements.\nFacilitate workshops and reviews to align teams and solve complex operational challenges.\nEstablish, monitor, and evolve KPI frameworks to track performance and uncover opportunities.\nPresent actionable insights and updates to senior leadership.\nBuild a high-performing, agile supply chain that thrives on continuous improvement.\nDesign sustainable, scalable solutions that eliminate repeat defects and strengthen long-term capability.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nProven experience in supply chain performance, planning, or productivity roles.\nProven success in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nHigh-energy, hands-on leadership style - you roll up your sleeves and get things done.\nExperience managing budgets and influencing P&L outcomes.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, SAP APO/IBP is advantageous.
